WrapApp is a platform for baby wrap collectors to manage their collections, connect with other collectors, and buy and sell wraps. WrapApp is operated by Paige Chapman, based in Perth, Western Australia.
By creating an account and using WrapApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WrapApp. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of content you post on WrapApp, including photos and descriptions. By posting content, you grant WrapApp a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform. You must not post content that is offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
WrapApp facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales are between individual users. WrapApp is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or delivery of items. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and good judgement when transacting.
You must not use WrapApp to engage in fraudulent activity, harassment, spam, or any conduct that violates Australian law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
WrapApp is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WrapApp after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
